Has anyone created a patch for PowerPoint so that a LiveMeeting 2007 user can create polling, web and app share slides within the original PowerPoint presentation?
LiveMeeting 2007 doesn't offer a PowerPoint plug-in like the previous two versions (2003 and 2005 did).
If so, can I get a copy of it?
We use polling slides created within the presentation extensively at our company.
We have a lot of reoccurring LiveMeeting sessions, where we use the same PowerPoint presentation.
It would be very time consuming to create polling slides in each presentation within the Livemeeting 2007 site each time we hold a LiveMeeting session.
Thanks much.

Hi Shirley, we really miss the PowerPoint plug-in as well but have been told that there is no plan to resurrect it in LM2007. I experience "daja vu" every time I have to re-create polls, text slides, web slides, etc. when I take a presentation into a new meeting room. This was standard practice back in 2000-2002 before the plug-in was first available. It's hard to understand why Microsoft would take away a tool that is so valuable to power users like us.
Has any progress been made on the connection with the UC group?
