Hello,
We are in the beginning stages of testing videoconferencing with Live Meeting but have ran into a few glitches.
When we have multiple points around the globe trying to connect to a meeting, (both via the built in Voip and via Phone) we cannot seems to get everyone connected correctly. There is either terrible feedback, screaching sounds, etc. to the point where we just give up and have everyone use the telephone instead.
Are there guidelines on how to configure your system when using both phone and voip to have a call? Should we be sticking with one or the other?
It seems we have something setup incorrectly.
