Following the installation of the Live Meeting Console 2007 on the Citrix server, whenever you attend a meeting, it comes up with a File Download launch.rtc. We found a TID that had us re-register DLL and even unload, reboot, reload and still have issues. File type of RTC is the same as a working PC. Anyone have any ideas. We need to get this working without saving!!
